Websites for restoration and construction companies, from a designer who has built nine of them

I code sites for restoration, roofing, renovation and exterior contractors. One payment of $899, $1,499 or $2,999 CAD, agreed in writing before I start, and most sites go live 5 to 7 days after your text and photos are in.

The trades I have built for, each with its case study:

Home page of a roofing and storm restoration company site with a call button and a free estimate form
A roofing and restoration company in the Chicago area: the phone and the estimate form are both on the first screen.

Some of the businesses I work with

What Google did with three of these sites

I built all three sites. The numbers come from each site's own Search Console, and the work that keeps a site growing after launch is on my SEO page.

+632%Clicks from GoogleRoofing and restoration company, Illinois. 12 months.
+204%Clicks from GoogleRoofing and storm restoration company, US. 11 months.
+798%Times shown in GoogleExterior renovation contractor, Toronto. 9 months.

Compared: July to September 2026 against the earliest three full months each Search Console holds. A younger site has fewer months to compare, which is why the periods differ.

More sites from the same trades

Every screenshot opens the case study: what the company needed, which pages I built and how the quote request works.

Four kinds of contractor, four different first screens

A homeowner with water on the floor and a homeowner planning a new deck want different things from your site. This is how I split the pages and the form for each trade.

TradeWhat the visitor needs firstPages the site getsWhat the form asks
Water, fire and mold restorationThe phone number they can tap, and a line on whether you work with their insurer. One page per damage type, a page on the insurance claim, the towns you reach.Name, phone, address, and photos of the damage if they have them.
Roofing and storm damageA free inspection button and a sign that you document storm damage for the claim.Repair, replacement, gutters and storm pages, plus a gallery by roof type. More on my page for roofing companies. The property address and what happened to the roof.
Construction and renovationFinished projects, large, before anything else.A page per kind of project, a before and after section, your process with real stages.Type of project, rough budget and when they want to start.
Stucco, siding and exteriorsPhotos of houses like theirs, and the materials you install. One page per material, so each search lands on its own page. See the siding and exteriors page for how that looks. The material, the size of the wall or house, and a photo.

$2,999Unlimited pages

What stays yours

  • You own the domain, every file and every word on the site.
  • No contract to cancel if you move to another studio.
  • After launch you pay only for the domain and hosting, about $100 to $200 a year, to your registrar and host.
  • A Google Maps profile can be set up at the same time, see Google Maps setup.

Questions restoration and construction owners ask me

What does a restoration company website cost?

$899, $1,499 or $2,999 CAD one time, depending on how many pages and which forms you need. The number is fixed in writing before I start.

How long does it take to build?

Most sites launch in 5 to 7 days once your text and photos are in. Your job photos are usually what takes longest, so start collecting them early.

Can people reach me from the site in an emergency?

Your number sits in the header of every page and calls with one tap on a phone. The form can also take photos of the damage, so you see the job before you call back.

Can the site explain the insurance claim to homeowners?

Yes. The US roofing and storm restoration site has pages that guide a homeowner through the insurance process, and I can build the same kind of page for your province or state.

What happens if I want to leave later?

You keep everything: the domain, the code and the content. With no contract to end, I send you the logins and the files.

Do you also set up Google Maps?

Yes. Google Business Profile setup is $149, optimization of an existing profile $249, or both for $299, all one time.
