Conversion-Focused Design
Strategic layouts, compelling calls-to-action, and intuitive navigation that guide visitors toward taking action — increasing engagement, trust, and conversion rates.
Custom, responsive websites built for performance, user experience, and lead generation — designed to help your business grow online.
A custom website from Lead Web Studio costs $899 for up to 10 pages, $1,499 for a larger build and $2,999 when you need custom functionality — one-time, never monthly. Most sites launch in 5–7 days once content is ready. You own the domain, the content and the code outright.
Your website is often the first impression a customer has of your business. I design custom websites that load fast, look professional on every device, and guide visitors toward taking action — whether that's calling you, booking a service, or making a purchase.
Every site I build is created from scratch around your brand and goals. No cookie-cutter templates, no bloated page builders that slow you down. Just clean, modern design that's optimized for search engines and built to convert.
Every design is tailored to your brand, industry, and customers — so your site stands out instead of blending in with competitors using the same theme. This fine-dining website I built for Premier Restaurant in Thornhill was designed around their menu, events, and atmosphere.
Over half of web traffic is mobile — and Google uses mobile-first indexing. I design for phones first and optimize for speed, so your site feels effortless on any device — like this clean, calming site I built for BridgeMinds Psychology & Psychotherapy.
Clear calls-to-action, simple navigation, and persuasive layouts that turn casual visitors into paying customers. TankX's e-commerce site puts products, pricing, and checkout front and centre.
From concept to launch, I create fast, modern, and conversion-focused websites that strengthen your brand, improve user experience, and help your business achieve measurable results.
Strategic layouts, compelling calls-to-action, and intuitive navigation that guide visitors toward taking action — increasing engagement, trust, and conversion rates.
Custom websites tailored to your brand, audience, and objectives. No limiting templates — flexibility, scalability, and functionality that helps your business stand out.
A great website is only effective if people can find it. I implement SEO best practices throughout your site to improve visibility and attract qualified traffic.
Clear, persuasive messaging that highlights your expertise, communicates your value, and encourages potential clients to take the next step.
Reliable infrastructure and security measures that protect your business and customer data — because speed and security directly impact rankings and trust.
Launching your website is only the beginning. I provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support so your site stays secure and effective.
A proven process that keeps your project on time, on budget, and aligned with your business goals.
I learn about your business, goals, and customers — then map out the pages, content, and features that will have the greatest impact.
I design a modern, responsive website around your brand with SEO best practices baked in, keeping you in the loop with clear updates.
You review the site, I polish the details. Content, layouts, and functionality are refined until everything feels right.
I launch, verify everything runs smoothly, and stay available for ongoing maintenance, updates, and growth.
From local service providers and healthcare practices to e-commerce brands and professional firms — I build websites tailored to your market, competition, and goals.
Professional, SEO-ready websites for startups, growing businesses, and established brands. Every package is a clear one-time cost — no surprises.
$899 CAD
One-time · Up to 10 pages
$1,499 CAD
One-time · For growing businesses
$2,999 CAD
One-time · Custom business solution
A custom small-business website in Toronto costs $899 here for up to 10 pages, $1,499 for up to 20, and $2,999 when you need custom functionality. That is the whole build fee, charged once. Hosting, domain and optional support are separate line items, and I list every one of them below before you commit.
Most Toronto studios quote by the hour or hide the number behind a discovery call, so the honest comparison a buyer actually needs — what leaves your account in year one, and what leaves it every year after — is the hardest thing to find. Here is mine.
| Line item | Startup | Growth | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website build (one-time) | $899 | $1,499 | $2,999 |
| Pages included | Up to 10 | Up to 20 | Unlimited |
| Domain + hosting with SSL (yearly) | About $100 to $200 CAD a year all in, paid to your registrar and host. You buy both in your own name; I set the site up on your account, not mine. If you are quoted $400+, read what is actually on that invoice. | ||
| Maintenance plan (optional, monthly) | $100 — updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, small edits. Skip it and the site still works; nothing stops. | ||
| Post-launch support included free | 30 days | 60 days | 90 days |
Nothing on that list is a fee you pay me twice. There is no licence, no "website rental", and no platform charge — the site is plain code on hosting you control, so if you ever stop working with me it keeps running exactly as it is.
Seven things move a Toronto quote, and only two of them are about design. If you want a cheaper number, these are the levers — in the order they matter:
| What changes | Effect on the quote |
|---|---|
| Page count | The main driver. 10 → 20 pages is the step from $899 to $1,499. |
| Custom functionality | Booking, calculators, member areas, payments — this is what puts a project in the $2,999 band. |
| E-commerce | A product catalogue, checkout and tax/shipping rules are a build of their own, quoted after we scope the catalogue. |
| Who writes the copy | Free if you supply it. If I write it, that is quoted per page — it is the single most common add-on. |
| Photography | Your photos cost nothing. On-site shooting is quoted separately when a business needs real images. |
| Integrations | CRM, booking software, payment processors — priced by how well the other system is documented. |
| Deadline | Rarely. The normal build is 5–7 days, which is already faster than most rush fees buy you elsewhere. |
The number is only useful if you know what sits behind it. Included in every build, at every tier:
Not included, and quoted separately so it never arrives as a surprise on an invoice:
Because an hourly rate makes my slowest week your problem. A fixed quote puts the risk of a tricky build on me, which is where it belongs, and it lets you approve a real number instead of an estimate that grows. You get the figure in writing before I start, and it does not move unless you ask for something that was not in the scope.
If you want the full price list — websites, SEO, Maps and support side by side — it is all on the pricing page. If you would rather see the reasoning behind Toronto website budgets in general, I wrote that up in how much a website costs in Toronto and the GTA.
My professional websites start at $899 CAD as a one-time cost. Pricing scales with the number of pages and any special functionality you need — I'll give you a clear, fixed quote before I begin.
Most websites launch within 5–7 days, depending on the number of pages and how quickly I receive your content and feedback.
Yes. Every website I build is fully responsive and designed mobile-first, so it looks and works great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Every website is built with SEO best practices from day one — clean code, proper headings, fast loading, and search-friendly structure — so you start with a strong foundation to rank on Google.
Yes. I offer website maintenance and support plans to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly after launch.
Only the domain and the hosting, which you buy in your own name — about $100 to $200 CAD a year all in, paid to your registrar and host rather than to me. The optional maintenance plan is $100 a month on top of that. There is no licence fee and no charge from me to keep the site online.
No. The build is a one-time cost and the site is yours the day it launches. Monthly plans exist for maintenance, SEO and Google Business Profile work, and every one of them is optional — cancel and your website keeps running exactly as it is.
A single-page site is, if that is genuinely all you need — that is landing page design at a flat $899 with a 2–3 day turnaround. Below that you are into DIY builders, where the monthly subscription usually passes the cost of a custom build inside two years and you never own the result.
Not unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope. You get a fixed figure in writing before any work begins, and if a request would move it I tell you the new number before I build it, not after.

"Working with Lead Web Studio was a great experience from start to finish. They really took the time to understand our requirements and made us feel like they genuinely cared about creating the right website for us. Communication was always easy, they were responsive to our feedback, and the final website turned out exactly how we had hoped.
