Websites for kitchen remodelers that turn a slow decision into a booked consultation

I build sites for kitchen, bath and whole-home remodeling companies in Toronto and across Ontario. The price is fixed before I start ($899, $1,499 or $2,999 one-time), and the site goes live 5 to 7 days after your project photos are in.

Home page of a kitchen renovation website: a dark kitchen photo on the right, a headline on the left and a white button to book a free consultation
  1. The headline asks the question the homeowner already has: do I want a new kitchen?
  2. One white button, the same on every page: book a free consultation.
  3. The consultation button stays in the menu, so a visitor deep in the gallery can still reach it.
  4. A finished kitchen fills half the screen before any text about the company.
  5. A renovation company on Yonge Street in North York. I built this site in 2022 and it still takes consultation requests.

What a homeowner looks for on each visit before calling you

On both kitchen sites I built, people came back three or four times before they asked for a consultation, often from a phone first and later with a partner on a laptop. So I plan the pages around those visits.

Visit 1

Your finished kitchens

Large photos sorted by room, quick to scroll on a phone. If the first screen shows a stock image, they leave.

Visit 2

What happens to their house

Your steps from first meeting to install, with how long the kitchen is out of use.

Visit 3

What drives the cost

Cabinets, layout changes and appliances explained, so the price question doesn't stop them.

Visit 4

Proof and the request

Insurance, warranty and reviews, then a short form that asks for a name, phone and the room.

Two kitchen companies, two different first screens

Both are Toronto renovation companies. The one at the top of this page sells on its photos; this one puts the request form next to the headline. Which one fits you depends on how your leads arrive today.

Other trade sites I built that sit close to kitchen work

If you also build stairs, install railings or paint, these show how I handled galleries and quote forms for those trades. More are on the construction and renovation web design page.

From owners who had a site built by me

"Thank you very much! Liubomyr not only created a website for my wife, but also gave me a free 2-hour consultation and showed me how to use Google Maps, how to reply to reviews, and explained Google's policies. You are the best!"

Kostya Shilo, Google review

"Thank you very much for creating a website for my company. Now I feel like my website is the best website in all of Oakville. I'm really impressed. Thank you very much, Liubomyr and Lead Web Studio!"

Questions remodelers ask before they hire me

If yours isn't here, send it with the form below.

What will my renovation company site cost?+

$899 for up to 10 pages, $1,499 for up to 20 pages with a page per room and per project, and $2,999 for a larger site with custom estimate forms. It's one payment, with no monthly platform fee.

How long until the site is live?+

5 to 7 days after I have your photos and text. On renovation sites the gallery photos are what usually take longest, so start sorting them early.

My photos are from a phone. Is that enough?+

Yes, if they're sharp and taken in daylight. I crop and compress them for the web. Before and after pairs of the same corner work better than one wide shot of a finished room.

Should kitchens and bathrooms have separate pages?+

If you do both, yes. People search for them separately, and each page can show only the matching projects. The Toronto kitchen and bath company has it set up this way.

I already get leads from Houzz and HomeAdvisor. Why my own site?+

On a directory your profile sits next to your competitors and the platform decides who sees it. On your own site the homeowner only sees your work, and the request comes straight to your email and phone.

Can I add new projects to the gallery myself?+

Yes. I show you how during the handover, or I add them for you on the $100 a month support plan.

Which package a remodeling company usually needs

These are the same three prices as on my pricing page. You pay once, and the number is written down before I start.

PackageWhat a remodeler getsFits you if
$899Up to 10 pages: home, services, gallery, about, contact form, Google Maps on the contact pageYou do kitchens only, or kitchens and baths, and most work comes from referrals
$1,499Up to 20 pages, a separate page for each room and each finished project, a blog, your Google profile linked inYou want to be found for "kitchen renovation" and "bathroom renovation" separately
$2,999No page limit, custom forms, booking ready, schema markupYou take whole-home jobs and want an estimate form that asks about budget and timing

Getting found on the map is a separate one-time job: Google Maps setup starts at $149.

Tell me which rooms you renovate and paste your site's address

No site yet is fine too. Add the towns you work in, and I'll reply with the package that fits and a fixed price.
