Websites for painting companies that bring in estimate requests
I build sites for house and commercial painters in Toronto and across Ontario. One payment of $899, $1,499 or $2,999, fixed in writing, and the site goes live 5 to 7 days after your job photos are ready.

The painting company site I built in Thornhill
Interior, exterior and commercial painting, plus popcorn ceiling removal. This is the home page as a visitor sees it on a laptop.
- A painter working on a real house fills the screen, so the trade is clear before anyone reads a word.
- The phone number sits in a gold button at the top right of every page.
- Insurance and Reviews are in the main menu, next to Services. Those are the two things people check before they let a crew into their home.
- Under the headline there is one button, Book Consultation. Nothing else competes with it.
What the estimate form asks, next to a plain contact box
Most people want a rough cost before they let anyone in to look. The form collects the basics up front, so your first call is about the job.
The usual contact box
You call back and spend ten minutes finding out which rooms, what shape the walls are in and when they want it done.
The painter's estimate form
You read it and already know roughly what the job is. The answers above are an example, not a real request.
Anyone can call themselves a painter, so the site shows proof
Painting has almost no barrier to entry. Before calling, a homeowner wants signs that this crew finishes what it starts and does the boring part properly.
Finished work, grouped
Rooms and exteriors sorted by home style and colour, with a few photos per job.
One page per kind of job
Interior, exterior and commercial each get a page, because people search for them apart.
Prep, explained
Washing, scraping, filling and priming are where a cheap job and a good one differ. The page says what you do.
Reviews with names
Your Google reviews on the site, with the customer's name, next to the photos.
Sites I built for other exterior trades
If you paint exteriors, you compete with the same homeowners' attention as these contractors. More on how I build for siding and exterior companies and for stucco contractors.
What two owners wrote after their sites went live
"Working with Lead Web Studio was a great experience from start to finish. They really took the time to understand our requirements and made us feel like they genuinely cared about creating the right website for us. Communication was always easy, they were responsive to our feedback, and the final website turned out exactly how we had hoped. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a team that feels like a partner, not just a service provider."
Ahmed Imam, Google review
"There are people who simply do their job. And there are people who put their soul into it. From the first conversation to the completion of the work, I felt that I was dealing with people who truly love their job. Every detail was thought out, every issue was resolved quickly, and the result exceeded my expectations."

Some of the businesses I have built sites for
What painters ask me before they order a site
Working in York Region? There's also a page on painting company websites in Vaughan.
What does a painting company website cost?+
$899 for up to 10 pages, $1,499 when interior, exterior and commercial each need their own pages, and $2,999 when you want an estimating tool on the site. You pay once, and the price is in writing before I start.
How long until the site is live?+
About 5 to 7 days after your finished-job photos are ready. On a painter's site the photos do more selling than the text, so it pays to pick them carefully.
My job photos are from a phone. Will they work?+
Sharp photos taken in daylight work fine, and I crop and compress them for the web. A before and after of the same wall tells a homeowner more than a dozen wide shots of finished rooms.
Do I need separate pages for interior, exterior and commercial work?+
If you do all three, yes. People search for each one separately, and a property manager looking for a commercial painter should land on lobbies and storefronts, not on a bedroom.
I also remove popcorn ceilings and repair drywall. Can that go on the site?+
Yes, each as a page of its own with its own photos. The Thornhill site lists popcorn ceiling removal as a service next to interior and exterior painting.
Can I add new projects to the gallery myself?+
Yes. I show you how at handover. If you would rather send me the photos, I add them for you on the $100 a month support plan.
Which package a painting company usually needs
The same three prices as on my website pricing page. You pay once, with no monthly platform fee.
