SaaS Website Design
How I designed a SaaS marketing website for claims management software — with feature pages, demo CTAs, and a conversion path built for software buyers.
The Challenge
CRM for Claims needed more than an online brochure — they needed a website that works as a sales tool. Like most businesses in the software & saas space, their customers research online first and judge credibility in seconds.
What the business needed
- A product story that lands in seconds
- Feature pages that show, not tell
- Demo and trial conversion paths
- SEO for software category searches
Short answer
CRM for Claims is a software & saas business in USA. Lead Web Studio designed and hand-coded the site — mobile-first, structured for local search, no template and no page builder. A build of this scope is $899–$2,999 one-time and goes live in 5–7 days once content is ready. The live site is at crmforclaims.com.
Feature Pages That Show the Product
Software buyers want to see the product working. Annotated screenshots, workflow walk-throughs, and benefit-led copy turn features into reasons to book a demo.
A Complete Website Built to Perform
Every element was designed to help the business attract customers, build credibility, and grow — with SEO baked in from the first line of code.

Explaining a technical product without losing the reader
Buying cycles here are long and involve more than one person, so the site has to survive being forwarded. That means pages that stand alone, headings that make sense out of context, and no critical information trapped in an image or a slider.
Speed matters more than usual, because a technical audience notices. A hand-coded build with no page-builder overhead means the site loads in about a second — which is both a ranking input and, for this audience, a credibility signal in itself.
The hardest part of a software or technical B2B site is not the design — it is saying what the product does in one sentence a non-specialist understands, then letting the specialist go deeper. CRM for Claims's site is built in that order: plain-language promise, concrete use cases, then the detail for the person who evaluates properly.
Questions about a build like this
How long does a build like this take?+
Around 5 to 7 days for the site itself. Technical products usually need an extra round on messaging — getting the one-sentence explanation right takes longer than building the page it sits on.
What does a software or B2B website cost?+
$899 one-time for up to 10 pages, $1,499 for a fuller site with use-case and documentation pages, $2,999 where custom functionality, portals or integrations are involved.
Will it be fast?+
It is hand-coded with no page-builder and no plugin stack, so pages typically load in about a second. For a technical audience that is a credibility signal as much as a performance one.
Can you work with our existing product or CMS?+
Usually yes — I can build the marketing site around an existing app, or migrate an old site to code without losing rankings. Send me what you have and I will tell you what is realistic.
