Appliance installation websites built around delivery day
Your customer knows the model and the day the truck comes. I design and hand-code sites for Ontario installers that ask for those details up front, so you can price the job on the first call. One payment of $899, $1,499 or $2,999, fixed in writing before I start.
- Job
- Gas range, 30 inch
- Delivery
- Thursday morning
- Where
- Second floor, one flight of stairs
- Hookup
- Gas line already in the kitchen
- Old unit
- Take it away
- Town
- North York
A made-up booking, to show the idea. You pick the questions.
The site I built for a Toronto installer
It runs on one page, and the form doesn't wait at the bottom of it.
The build is written up in the appliance installation case study. If your crew stays inside the city, I also have a page on appliance installation websites in Toronto.
What a store's installation leaves open for you
Many homeowners first meet installation at the checkout. On the left is what Home Depot Canada's Toronto page says. On the right is how your site can answer it.
The store's pageFree-standing refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers and freezers are not covered.
Your siteA block or a page for each of those you install.
The store's pageAppliances bought at other stores are not installed.
Your siteIf you take any appliance from any store, your first screen says so.
The store's pageBuy online and an installer contacts you within 48 hours to schedule.
Your siteYour phone number one tap away, and a form that asks for the delivery day.
The store's pageHaul-away is a flat fee, and taking out an old gas unit is charged separately.
Your siteIf you have one price for taking the old unit, it's right there on the page.
Nine common installs, nine sets of connections
A buyer with a gas dryer wants to see you've done that hookup, and a line saying you install all appliances doesn't show it. So each row gets its own block or page on your site, with your price and your photos.
| Install | Water | Drain | 120 V | 240 V | Gas | Vent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dishwasher | yes | yes | yes | no | no | no |
| Washing machine | yes | yes | yes | no | no | no |
| Electric dryer | no | no | no | yes | no | yes |
| Gas dryer | no | no | yes | no | yes | yes |
| Electric range | no | no | no | yes | no | no |
| Gas range | no | no | yes | no | yes | no |
| Wall oven | no | no | no | yes | no | no |
| Over-range microwave | no | no | yes | no | no | yes |
| Fridge with ice maker | yes | no | yes | no | no | no |
Typical connections, and the model's manual has the last word. Amber marks gas, where the Ontario rule below applies.
What Ontario rules mean for your gas and wiring pages
TSSA's advice to homeowners says fuel-fired appliances must be maintained by registered contractors who hire certified gas technicians, and it tells people to check the registration in its lookup tool. So your registration number goes on every gas page, with a link to that lookup beside it.
ESA's consumer page says only Licensed Electrical Contractors may do electrical work for hire, and tells people to ask for the licence number. A new 240 V circuit for a range is that kind of work. If a licensed partner does yours, the page says who comes and when, in your words.

What installers ask before they hire me
Should an installer's site be one page or many?
One page is the fastest start, and it's what my Toronto client runs. Separate pages give each appliance its own chance in search, so I recommend adding them first for the jobs you want most.
What should the booking form ask?
Usually the appliance and model, the delivery day, the floor and stairs, whether the hookup is already there, and whether the old unit goes. You choose the list, and anything you can't price without goes on it.
I don't do gas work. Can gas ranges stay on my site?
Only if a registered partner does that work for you, and then the page says so. If you don't offer it, it simply stays off the site.
How do people find me for dishwasher installation near them?
Each appliance page is written for that search and names the towns you really drive to. The map results come from your Google profile, which is a separate job with its own price.
How long does a site take?
Five to seven days once I have your service list, your prices and your photos.
Do I need professional photos?
No, phone photos are fine. Send a finished install in the cabinet, the hookup behind it, and your van. I'll build the page around them.
Are there monthly fees?
No, the site is one payment. Your only yearly cost is the domain and hosting, about $100 to $200, and both stay under your own name.

How big your site should be, and what each size costs
My Toronto client runs on one page, which fits the smallest plan. Add pages when you want an appliance or a town to have its own place in search.
Up to 10 pages
$899
Home, about, contact and a page for each appliance you install most. A contact form, Google Maps integration and 30 days of support come with it.
Up to 20 pages
$1,499
Room for town pages next to the appliance pages. It adds Google Business Profile integration, a blog, a training session and 60 days of priority support.
No page limit
$2,999
For a long appliance list across many towns. It adds custom forms, booking functionality and 90 days of priority maintenance support.
Prices are in CAD and paid once. The pricing page has each plan's full list, and getting your Google profile ready is covered on my Google Maps setup page.
Send your appliance list, get a fixed price
Tell me what you install and which towns you drive to. You get the number in writing before any work starts.
