The rules for using leadlls.com and the free tools on it. Version 1.0, effective 21 August 2026.
These terms cover using this website and its free tools. If you hire us for work, that engagement is governed separately by our Standard Terms of Service.
1. Who operates this site

2. The site is provided as is
This website and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of anything published here.
Content on this site is general information about web design, SEO and local search. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not legal, financial, accounting or regulatory advice.
3. Free tools
We publish free tools, including the website audit, the Google Business Profile audit, the website comparison, the link preview checker, the QR code generator, the image converter, the invoice generator and the document signing tool.
These tools are provided free of charge and as is. In particular:
- Scores, grades and recommendations are produced automatically by software. They are an indication, not an audit performed by a professional, and not a guarantee that any issue has been found or correctly diagnosed.
- A good score does not mean a site is secure, compliant, accessible or free of problems. A poor score does not mean a site is broken.
- Results depend on third-party data and services that may be incomplete, delayed, rate-limited or unavailable.
- Documents, invoices and images produced by the tools are your responsibility to check before you rely on or send them. We do not review them.
- Any decision you take based on a tool result is taken at your own risk.
We may change, limit or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site or tools unlawfully; submit a domain, document or data you have no right to submit; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data; scrape, crawl or harvest at a rate or volume that burdens the service; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission; introduce malware; or use the site or tools to build a competing service.
We may block, rate-limit or refuse access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or dealings with you. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
6. Our content
All text, design, graphics, code, images, layouts, mockups, case studies and other material on this site are owned by LEAD Web Studio Inc. or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, adapt or otherwise exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. Client names, logos and trade marks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.
7. Personal information
Information you submit through forms and tools is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Please read this clause carefully. It limits what you can recover from us in connection with this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or its free tools, or your reliance on anything published or produced by them. This includes, without limitation, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, and loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability in connection with this website and its free tools is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
We may change this website and these terms at any time without notice. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site. Superseded versions remain available at their dated URLs.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
